Dr. Okland completed his undergraduate degree at Colorado State, followed by Medical School at the University of Colorado. At UC, Dr. Okland was elected by his peers to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, and received multiple awards for his research accomplishments, including the Achievement Reward for College Scientists and NIH funding for his translational research on medical devices in Otolaryngology.
Following medical school, Dr. Okland matched into the top Otolaryngology residency in the country – Stanford. There he published dozens of articles in peer-reviewed medical journals, which have furthered the field of facial plastic surgery. During Dr. Okland’s final year of training at Stanford, he was awarded “Resident of the Year,” honors for his leadership and clinical excellence.
After residency, Dr. Okland was one of only 50 surgeons in all of North America who matched into the highly competitive Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (FPRS) fellowship. He completed this year of training at historic Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville, Tennessee under the direction of world-renowned surgeons. At Vanderbilt Dr. Okland became an expert in rhinoplasty, extended deep-plane facelift, injectables, and facial rejuvenation procedures.
Dr. Okland is committed to bringing his expertise to his patients in Denver as well as abroad. He has traveled internationally to perform reconstructive pediatric surgery of the face, with mission trips to Ecuador, Argentina, and Guatemala. Dr. Okland also supports the local community through Operation Breathe; a program he founded in 2024 to perform free reconstructive rhinoplasty for patients with nasal deformities due to domestic violence.
Jade is a Colorado native with a love for all things beauty and wellness. As a biology major, she brings a scientific approach to skincare, combining knowledge and artistry to deliver personalized, results-driven treatments. She is obsessed with empowering others to become the best version of themselves. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her soaking up Colorado’s great outdoors and finding inspiration in nature’s beauty. She can’t wait to work with you to bring out your most radiant self!

As an experienced aesthetic nurse injector with a background in cardiology, she is dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty while preserving the features that make you, you. With a unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic touch, she specializes in subtle, natural-looking treatments that focus on rejuvenating your features without overdoing it.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Natalie transitioned from cardiology to aesthetic nursing, combining a passion for wellness with a love for cosmetic procedures. She takes a personalized approach to ensure each treatment is carefully tailored to your needs and goals—never altering, just enhancing.
When not in the clinic, you can find her enjoying the slopes with friends, skiing, or traveling to new destinations. That love for balance and adventure mirrors her philosophy in aesthetics—achieving results that are natural, balanced, and true to who you are.
Together Jessie and Jen bring over two decades of experience in business operations, sales, marketing and healthcare practice management. That plus their passion for innovative anti-aging techniques drives their mission to provide expertly curated, cutting-edge treatments and excellent customer experiences. Their favorite part about the medical aesthetics industry is seeing customers’ confidence transformed.
