Infrared Sauna/Red Light Therapy

Infrared Sauna

Infrared (IR) light is a type of electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths between 780 nm and 1000 µm. Research supports that exposure to IR radiation is a safe and effective method for remodeling the skin – improving tone, texture and smoothing wrinkles by increasing collagen and elastin. It has also been shown to improve wound healing, muscle recovery and cardiovascular health.

How it works

IR radiation can result in beneficial effects on skin texture and wrinkles by increasing collagen and elastin in the dermis through stimulation of fibroblasts. Similarly, IR radiation may have a stimulatory effect on the proliferation of human fibroblasts and collagen synthesis during wound healing.

Timeline

The time it takes to experience the benefits of an infrared sauna isn't set in stone; it varies individually and hinges on specific wellness goals. Above all, consistency is key to seeing results. See Pricing & Membership options below

Frequently Asked Questions?

We recommend using an IR sauna as consistently as possible and at least on a weekly basis for the best results. An IR sauna can be used 3-4 times per week or more.

The temperature of the sauna is adjustable, and optimal results can be achieved in the range of 110-130 degrees F, but can be adjusted higher or lower than that.

Sessions can be anywhere from 30-60 minutes.
