We understand life happens! So that we can try to fill your appointment time, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $100. Or in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited.

To cancel or reschedule, you MUST call our office or manage your appointment through the online portal. We do not guarantee cancellations or reschedule requests via text message will be read and replied to in time for the cancellation window.
